Wallows - Live in St. Louis

Think back to 2020—a year of lockdowns, uncertainty, and far too much time spent indoors. Amid the chaos, Wallows captured the attention of TikTok users worldwide with their hit single "Are You Bored Yet?" featuring Clairo. The track became the soundtrack to a summer unlike any other, providing comfort and a sense of connection during a time when those feelings were in short supply.

Fast forward to this month, and Wallows brought their highly anticipated Model tour to St. Louis, joined by opener Benee. The Auckland-born singer-songwriter, best known for her viral hit “Supalonely,” set the stage with an infectious energy that had the crowd buzzing from the moment she stepped out. Her bright personality and dynamic performance had everyone on their feet, singing along to her catchy tunes by the end of her set.

As for Wallows, frontman Dylan Minnette—also recognized for his role as Clay Jensen in Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why—approached the stage with a down-to-earth charm that set the tone for the rest of the night. His relaxed style, paired with the band's chill indie rock vibe, made the concert feel more like a laid-back hangout with old friends than a traditional show.
